Monday to Friday: 6am – 11pm
Weekends: 6am – 5pm
Support is free for first month after purchase. After that if you require support you will need to buy a maintenance package.
Generally our support is to resolve software issues, where we will remotely connect to your system. If we identify a hardware fault this would be covered by a manufacturer warranty – in this case we will arrange a courier to collect the items to be returned and repaired. If you require temporary equipment while your system undergoes repair, we offer an equipment leasing service.
