CCTV Sales Executive Job in Essex

We’re looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our ambitious team and to help grow our sales. You must have technical insight and ideally have CCTV and/or EPOS knowledge and experience. You will be hard working, flexible and self-motivated. You will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills both face to face and over the phone.

A self-starter, you will generate your own sales leads and build your customer base using your contacts, networks and resources. You will also be working with an existing database of clients and focus on generating repeat business as well as building excellent and trusted relationships with clients whilst understanding their needs.

We put our customers first, so you will have excellent customer service and communications skills and maintain contact with clients before, during and after installations. Using your own initiative, you will be able to proactively troubleshoot and deal with any issues and problems that arise and bring them to a prompt resolution for our customers. You will be enthusiastic to learn and stay updated about the latest technology and understand and effectively communicate how our systems can help clients achieve their business goals.

You will be able to prepare quotations, keep in regular customer contact, deal with messages and proactively and tenaciously follow up a variety of sales leads from our website and shop, and referrals.

You will be based at our office at Ilford with travel to clients’ premises.

Hours are full time, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
